Nominations:
Personnel Directors of all LGPA member jurisdictions are encouraged to nominate individuals or organizational teams in recognition of their contributions to the personnel profession. Peer nominations are also encouraged with the approval of the jurisdiction personnel director.

Nominees must work in an LGPA member jurisdiction.

A separate nomination form must be completed for each nominee.

Nominator may attach no more than five pages of supporting documentation to nomination form (i.e., commendations, letters of reference, evaluations, etc.).

Individual Personnel Specialist/Generalist - Individual performance for specific contributions in the field of personnel service (i.e., classification/compensation, recruitment, employee services, training, benefits, etc.).

Personnel Executive (Jack Foster Award)
For overall individual contributions, leadership, and influence in the field of personnel services by an elected, appointed, or merit system official.

Personnel / Human Resources Team
Team performance for overall contributions in the field of personnel services.

Important Dates:
Completed nominations must be postmarked or received at the designated deadline (TBD), with the Awards to be presented at the November 4, 2011 Fall Inservice event.
