The LGPA Salary and Benefits Study is now available online for paid members only. In the future LGPA envisions an interactive version where authorized members can update the salary and benefits data on real time.

This online project is a partnership between the Local Government Personnel Association (LGPA), the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (COG) and member- jurisdictions.

This project was also made possible through dedicated efforts of volunteers from around the region.

LGPA wishes to thank members and partners who spent a lot of time and energy in this important project.

Access to this Survey is now available to members only. Non-members may access this upon approval of the LGPA Board and paying the appropriate fee.
